There is no way to disable reviews on a Google my Business local profile. If you're having trouble with inappropriate or spam reviews though, you can report them.

On the other hand, if you're getting valid, negative reviews from actual customers, you'll have to respond to the negative review directly. Guidelines and instructions are here:

You won't be able to get rid of the local business page from Google. Deleting it will only remove the page from your dashboard, along with the ability to respond to reviews. The page itself however will remain visible via Google Maps and so will the ability for people to leave reviews.
