1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to DreamozTech (ABN registered in Australia). By accessing our website, creating an account, subscribing to our services, or engaging in any marketplace transactions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: To create an account, you must provide a valid Australian mobile phone number (+61) and a verifiable email address confirmed via One-Time Passcode (OTP).

  • Account Integrity: Each mobile phone number and email address may be associated with only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: Sellers and buyers must maintain accurate, current profile information, including contact details and delivery addresses.

3. Subscription Plans and Free Trials

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive a complimentary 14-day trial granting access to platform features. Any self-service trial extensions are subject to platform eligibility rules and must be claimed after initial expiration.

  • Paid Plans:

    • Base Plan ($10/month AUD): Core web app management and storefront hosting without API access.

    • Pro Plan ($20/month AUD): Full platform access, including Dreamoz API integration endpoints.

  • Billing & Invoices: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via Square. Official PDF tax invoices detailing plan charges and applicable taxes are generated and accessible within your account dashboard.

  • Plan Expiration: If a paid subscription lapses, API requests are suspended; however, your existing storefront content and administrative portal remain accessible.

4. Seller Policies and Product Listings

  • Australian Business Number (ABN): Any member listing and selling physical or digital products must register a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) within their Web App General Settings. Contact-only and lead-generation pages do not require an ABN.

  • Pricing & Safety Limits: To protect buyers and platform integrity, individual products are capped at a maximum of $1,000 AUD. Prices must be clearly displayed and adhere to Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Platform Commission: Sales made through your storefront or the Community marketplace are subject to the platform’s configured commission rate. Platform commission and net seller earnings are calculated automatically per order.

  • Seller Conduct: Sellers must fulfill orders promptly, communicate honestly, and refrain from listing illegal, misleading, or infringing goods.

5. Buyer Terms, Checkout, and Single-Seller Carts

  • Authenticated Checkout: To prevent fraud and protect buyer orders, purchases require an active, verified DreamozTech account.

  • Single-Seller Cart Policy: To ensure accurate shipping and clear fulfillment, shopping carts can contain products from only one seller at a time. Switching sellers will prompt you to replace or clear your existing cart items.

  • Order Flow: Payments are processed securely via Square. Orders transition from payment_confirmed through to order_complete upon fulfillment.

6. Cancellations, Admin-Managed Refunds, and Payouts

  • Order Cancellations: An order may be cancelled before completion. When an order is cancelled, automated notifications are immediately sent to the buyer, seller, and platform administration.

  • Refund Processing: All payments are processed through the master Square gateway. Refunds are reviewed and issued directly by DreamozTech administration in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Seller Payouts: Net earnings from completed sales are credited to the seller's payout balance. Cancelled orders void pending seller earnings and commission. Payout balances cannot drop below $0.00.

7. Acceptable Use and Content Moderation

  • You may not use the platform for fraudulent activities, spam, unauthorized API scraping, or transmission of malicious code.

  • We reserve the right to soft-delete, archive, or disable web apps and listings that violate these terms or present security/compliance risks.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
