WHO WE ARE
I am Barbara Pierson, founder and owner of Scents of Pride Cleaning Co. We are a small and growing company, locally owned (not a franchise) who prides itself in our superb customer service as well as superior, healthy, green products. Scents of Pride Cleaning was born out of my love for all things healthy and sustainable. I used the experience gained from cleaning 5-star vacation condos in Destin Beach, Florida, and set up a business with high cleaning standards.We aim to improve the lives of our clients through safe and healthy cleaning practices. Our business is growing quickly as people respond to our top-notch service and the use of aromatic and delightful, essential oil cleaning products.
To guarantee a healthy living environment after our services, we use an essential oil blend called Thieves for 95% of our cleaning. The story behind the name "THieves" is inspired by the legend of four 15th-century French thieves who formulated and wore a special aromatic combination of clove, rosemary, vinegar, and other botanicals that they believed provided protection while they were stealing from victims of the bubonic plague. French authorities recognized that there was such value in this mixture that upon the thieves’ capture, they received a more merciful punishment on condition that they divulge the ingredients in their secret formula. This wonderful oil blend is an amazing alternative for all-purpose cleaner. Not only is it a health conscious cleaning solution, but it also is believed that the aroma can build your and your pets immune systems. How wonderful is that?

Essential Oils for cleaning and disinfecting.
We use an essential oil blend called Thieves for 95% of our cleaning. The story of the name is that four thieves in the 1500s developed a cleaning blend of essential oils so effective that they were able to steal from deceased victims of the bubonic plague without becoming infected themselves. When apprehended they bargained the recipe for reduced sentences. This miraculous all-purpose cleaner cleans exceptionally well and is safe for all surfaces! We use it for everything from windows to furniture!
It's believed if you breath Thieves, the aroma helps to build your immune system (although we can't legally claim this, I have experienced it myself and believe it to be true)! What a bonus for our families and pets! From round-up on our crops of food to pine sol on our floors, our environment has become toxic. It is time turn things around.
